This red granite marker topped by a statue of Brigadier General Andrew Atkinson Humphries honors the men of his Division of Pennsylvania Volunteers who led the charge on Mary’s Heights during the battle of Fredericksburg. Around the base are listed the individual units that comprised his Division.
